sighhhhh.. fail fail fail.. :( sigh.. woke up at 11 today.. then my aunt n cousins came to my house.. yea. then was doing my work n burning some songs for my cuz.. then mel came at bout 2.. then we started our baking work.. :( sigh the baking was fine.. the first batch was ok.. so was the second batch.. wat went wrong was the frosting.. i was supposed to buy icing sugar.. but i bought normal fine sugar instead.. :( sigh.. cos the recipe said confectioners sugar.. i got totalli no idea wat it was.. i asked mel.. then she said is normal sugar.. but she din noe it was for the frosting.. well.. so.. tried to ground it using the grounding thing.. the one pple used to ground like chilli into chilli paste n stuff.. :( sigh.. still left the frosting grainy.. then i tried to double boil the frosting hoping that the sugar grains would melt.. but to no avail.. :(:( sigh.. then no hope to melt the sugar le.. then i cooled the cake.. poured the icing on.. but the icing so sticky.. then as i tried to spread it with my spatula.. the icing pulled parts of the cake along.. cake out of shape le:( then i was so irritated.. threw it into the into a plastic bag.. packed up n threw the plastic bag down the rubbish chute:( sigh.. yeah.. quite sad now.. :( sin noe things will turn out like that:( sigh.. sorry ron.. i tot it'll b quite a surprise for u that we took the efffort to bake.. but well.. it just din turn out successful.. there goes ur chocolate fudge cake.. sorry.. mayb bake u another one next year(u'll b in army by then!! But mayb after BMT le.. haha.. ) well sorry again.. yeah.. n now, i'm gonna rush my hw le.. din realli have time to do. so yeah.. gtg now.. byee..
